Naveen Joseph

Naveen Joseph brings a wealth of experience in leadership, program coordination, and community-focused initiatives to his role as Company Secretary. He holds a Master’s degree in Business (Marketing and Management) from the University of Wollongong, along with a Diploma in Community Services, where he received an award for outstanding performance.

Naveen’s professional journey includes key roles such as Senior Care Coordinator at an Indigenous Community Service Program, where he manages day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with funding requirements, and leads workforce coordination. He has also worked as a Rural Care Coordinator, planning and delivering tailored services to clients in regional communities in Darwin NT, and as a Community Facilities Officer for the City of Palmerston, where he supported the efficient management of council facilities.

In addition to his professional roles, Naveen’s volunteer work as a teacher and event coordinator demonstrates his dedication to community upliftment. He has been a mentor and advocate for youth, inspiring them to pursue their potential through education and personal development.

With expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and digital tools, Naveen is well-equipped to contribute to ITE’s mission of achieving education equity. He is deeply committed to helping students access the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and thrive.
